MyGabb App: Gabb Watches stuck in Focus Modes

We are currently investigating reports of Gabb Watches becoming stuck in Focus Mode after updating to the latest version of the MyGabb app. This issue is affecting normal watch functionality — including the ability for certain contacts to make calls, send or receive texts, and access features outside of Focus Mode.

At this time, there is no consistent workaround. Restarting the watch or toggling Focus Mode from the Parent App may temporarily resolve the issue for some users, but does not guarantee a permanent fix. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore full functionality. Updates will be shared as they become available.
